Henderson really is maturing into a top Premier League midfielder.

He's by no means the most creative or easy-on-the-eye but his passing, awareness and impact on a game is much better now that it used to be. I think it'll be really interesting to see how he kicks on next season when Gerrard has left and he becomes the teams leader. I think, IIRC, Henry leaving Arsenal was the making of Fabregas and I can see something similar happening with Henderson.

Interesting stat regarding Gerrard. Liverpools win percentage without Gerrard being involved is 69%. With him it's only 38%. Looks to me like Rodgers has made the right decision to start managing him out of the side.
