As mentioned before, Luhansk is in a Ukrainian warzone...a Russian wouldn't move there methinks

On the topic of him leaving....I'm a fan of him mostly down to his workrate but he is a handful (earlier comparisons to Heskey were quite apt) but I think the lure of freeing up all those wages is too much and he could be replaced with Mackie(?) or a couple of Irish nobodies who can go on to become legends

The thing is, if he goes, even for free, that's £1.5m freed up that the club probably wouldn't have expected. One would hope that gives a bit more flexibility in the transfer dealings.
