msmivie Prepare yourself for a HOME game to start the Championship season on Saturday 8 August.
Absolutely guaranteed!
The Royals never play at home on the weekend of the Reading Pop Festival, which this year will be on 29 August (the fourth weekend of the season). So it has to be at HOME on Sat 8 and 22, and AWAY on Sat 15 and 29.
Put the date in your diary.

Silver Fox Congratulations on the first couple of mentions of the run-in, always one of the favourite cliches of the close season

urzmikep First season in 20 years where I haven't even bothered to get excited or look at the fixture list.
I love Reading Football club to bits but lack of transfer activity or talk of any signings and no ambition from the club has meant that I can't be arsed to renew my season ticket (along with my 2 x son's and 4 mates!!!)
