So, they use up some of the car parking space to build an arena and then build a new car park? Where is all this extra land coming from then? the car parking area will be significantly smaller than it is at the moment - maybe they are getting rid of the Park & Ride though.

Nameless I'm guessing these fairly high powered business people have sent someone out to the car park and checked the space. Not likely they are going to buy a Mega Arena flat pack then find it's just a bit too big to fit....
The obvious spare space is where the dome, training pitch and associated buildings are as they will all move to Bearwood.
The current car park (maybe made multi level) then serves stadium and Arena.
No doubt, as he says, all will be revealed if and when they agree a plan with RBC, and find a way round whatever petty objections Wokingham come up with.
