From what I recall of the Derby game he seems to be a player who doesn't make a meal out of fouls - he just gets up and gets on with it, which is of course very refreshing.

I'm sure he'll learn very quickly that in order to maximise his potential in football it is absolutely CRUCIAL that he learns how to cheat at every available opportunity and squeal like a baby when anyone touches him.

I'm confused. Is Tariq Fosu-Henry actually Paulo Hurtado because if not, what on earth have the last 2 pages been all about?

Paolo Hurtado’s move to Reading appears to have been confirmed by the president of his former club.

Royals have been in talks with the 25-year-old Peru international, who can play on either wing or up front, and reports in Portugal suggest he has agreed a three-year deal.

Boss Steve Clarke remained tight-lipped when quizzed on the potential new arrival, but the president of Pacos de Ferreira, where Hurtado played last season, has not been so shy in front of the media.

Speaking to the Portuguese press, Rui Seabra says the deal has been done and he is already looking at replacements to fill the void left by Hurtado.

He said: “The departure of Hurtado happened when it wasn’t expected.

“It was all very fast and in just two days it just happened, now we have to fill his place to rebalance the squad.”

Also a brilliant quote from a translated article:

"The Peruvian wheel Paolo Hurtado, who plays for Pacos Ferreira, Portugal, already have everything arranged with the Reading of the Second Division in England. The compromise would be for three seasons and Reading agreed to pay the termination of the contract, as Hurtado had for a year in the Pacos. The coach of the "Real", Nigel Howard Adkins, gave its approval to the "Caballito" and says he is impressed with his play, he believes will be key to sprout to the Premier League ."

Alol.
It's a dreadful translation all round but that doesn't explain the factual errors. Surely if they can look up Adkins' middle name then they can see he doesn't manage us any more?

Unless... "Steve Clarke" is Portuguese for "Nigel Howard Adkins"

I got as far as him releasing a falcon from his pocket and falling over at 12 seconds. IN.

Looks too good at passing to be on the wing IMO, looks wasted there. Really good player judging by that video, very creative.

It wont be an issue, it'll just be your typical delay.

I doubt signing an ISIS fighter would improve our family club image.

Needs to have played in 75% of Peru's matches in the past 2 years which it looks like he just about has done. You would have thought RFC would have done their research...

On paper it looks to me like he'll bring much needed creativity.
