MR. CYNICAL Good Companion is the normal designated away pub.
Would not advise the Milton Arms or the crook as they are mainly for home fans, although the crook will allow away fans in before the game except for high profile games. Would not advise going in there with colours!

MR. CYNICAL Assume you are (a reading fan) from Portsmouth if you plan to use the rifle, also not an away pub.
I will be driving unfortunately... are there good and easy places to park?
I read on Football Ground Guide that many roads near the stadium are unrestricted for parking. I did look on google maps and saw loads of terrace style roads near The Good Companion, so was planning on just finding a space near there - just don't want to come back to find my lovely Y reg ford Focus smashed up.

I used to live in Portsmouth, so know it very well. I certainly won't be drinking in there!I will be driving unfortunately... are there good and easy places to park?

I'm not 100% sure about the roads around there, but avoid parking in Fratton, Milton or Southsea as they are permit holders only and you will get done.

There's loads of unallocated parking in Southsea, not as sure about Fratton.

GH Royal Just bought my ticket, bloke said we've sold around 1200 and we're requesting more as they're expecting demand for atleast a couple 100 more.

Initial allocation was 1,400 I think, and I'd be surprised if we don't sell all of those.
