No Fixed Abode Perhaps they take into account the overall matchday experience and surrounding areas.
For instance, obvs Mad Stad is a better stadium than Loftus Road. However, the overall experience is better at Loftus Road with a plethora of pubs and restaurants etc nearby. Apart from B&Q there is nothing to do around the Mad Stad.....

Agreed, having a decent pub 10 minute's walk from the ground is certainly more important than being able to see the goal 20ft in front of you from the second row of the top tier. Also agree that vis-a-vis the surrounding area. The stroll trough the council estates of Shepherds Bush certainly rivals the walk through Bishops Park on the way to Craven Cottage.
