West Stand Man Any hints on why the club is approaching the FL regarding things reported by Nick Blackman.

This is "back from the radio" rather than the game, but it deserves a mention.

Portsmouth fan tweeted after that someone near him was making monkey noises and gesturing towards Blackman.

If this allegation is proven to be true the offender should have the book thrown at him. If there's one thing that makes my skin crawl.

We had 8 players of non white ethnicity, that guy must have worn himself out over 90 minutes.... Pathetic.

Cheers bobby. Nice one mate. Have to say that, as a young lad, Vinnie stayed remarkably chilled on finding out that there was no more room at the Fratton Inn (of course the Maccy D's option may well have helped to soothe his pain). That being said, he seemed like the kind of lad that would take a lot of stuff in his stride anyway. Also had to smile at his comments about the presence of so many 5 'O' and ambulances. "It was unbelievable". You'll come to find that certain fixtures are well attended by public services Vinnie. And so "Reading are a Championship side......I think......in the Premiership not long ago"

First time to sit at my PC in a few days....

Pretty poor showing I thought. First half we looked ok, got in some promising positions without really making their keeper work too hard. Don't know what Clark said at half time, what ever it was maybe he should remember not to say it again....Right until we scored Pompey were all over us. Closing down quickly, we looked turgid and lacking in ideas. Then we score and suddenly you just kind of knew we would win from there, despite a few panicked moments at the death.

Ratings

Al Habsi - Poor. From where I was standing looked very much like something he should have just dealt with (not seen any replays though). Several more times he just didn't command his area with confidence.
Defence - All solid, Ferdinand looked a step up from the others I thought.
Norwood and Quinn worked hard without too much quality, Williams was able to stamp a bit more authority on the game than them
HRK did ok, at times decision making was poor, but also instrumental in one of the goals
Blackman was actually really very good. Worked hard, won headers, ran at his men, scored
Cox had a poor evening

It was notable with McCleary coming on that we looked a bit more threatening with natural width. Scored but beyond that not sure if his impact was as much about a wide attacking body as with what he did (not sure if I have articulated that very well).

Are you for real? I abhor racism, amongst many other discriminations and prejudices, and you come up with this. You've gone well over the mark on this one and, whatever you do, don't try any reverse psychology bullsh*t. Who exactly are you? Sat behind your keyboard.
