Nameless Are atheists allowed to use it too ?

To do what? if it is a prayer room what would atheists be doing there? Dumb question when you look back at it.

Quietly contemplating the wonder of the universe in peace whilst offering up a hope that random chance or determinism arrives at the right circumstances for a Reading win?

Nameless Do they work in airports though ?
Any evidence that prayers reach the correct deity or do wires get crossed and a bemused Allah receives messages intended for Bhudda or Jesus has to fathom out how to respond to desperate Hindus ?

The best scientific evidence shows that prayers from multi-faith prayer areas are just as effective as prayers from ordinary places of worship, and in many circumstances they've shown to be as effective as prayers from holy sites like Lourdes, Mecca, the Vatican, and Jerusalem.

Is that because prayers have been shown to not work, or is there more to it than that?

Stuka Does the Madejski Stadium have a multi-faith prayer area and if not why not?

But is it worth it though? The 3G at the stadium is pretty poor tbf.

Norfolk Royal I think you'll find that most people say a prayer before one of our games, or at least clasp their head in their hands.

They do it during the game too, judging by the lack of noise

Dunno about a prayer area - it does have a library though, you know the green rectangular bit surrounded by the blue seats...

At the risk of sounding a bit too serious, I don't see why we shouldn't have one, if space allows.

It would reflect the multicultural makeup of society and our playing squad, as well as our fanbase.

As soon as they put a 5 a side pitch in Westminster Abbey then I'd vote for a prayer area at the Mad Stad.
It would seem a little superfluous, there are plenty of hours in the week for people to visit an actual church/mosque/temple/coven rather than interrupt there 90 minutes of football.

An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth

Someone has to blink first though. There's an opportunity for the club to be trailblazers here.

That is very true. I think it would be well-received, though, if we could find a small room to provide this. It could allow players to pray before games, and also the staff at the club to use during the week.

This is where this stuff gets out of hand. We start with a small room for praying and now you are on to opticians and dentists.
Next you know thing we'll be going crazy and putting in a crèche and female toilets !

Who is Stuka inciting, and what exactly are these people being incited to do?

You know who I mean, next they will want their own area for toilet (must not face Mecca) and ablutions, then what own screened femail area? Halal food only, no alcohol ,mid season break for Ramadam . Jesus Christ don't encourage them.

Mid season would be quite an odd time to break for Ramadam.
You're getting confused with Christmas I suspect.

I don't think Jesus Christ would necessarily encourage Muslims to do anything, being that he's dead and they don't believe in him.
