What's the situation regarding the West Brom goalkeepers?

Ian Royal

Al-Habsi unconvincing on either goal, but no clear error for me.

I'll accept that he was possibly unsighted for the 1st but the second was piss poor. He used to be a decent shot stopper but the rest of his game was terrible. Now he hasn't even got that.

We need to Al Habsi him and Al Habsi him now.

Just on the basis it was the wall's side. But i don't rate him. Neither keeper inspires confidence, though Bond is clearly a better bet.

Played fairly well this half while not creating much.

Al-Habsi is a terrible goalkeeper even as a No.2. God forbid we ever need this guy for league fixtures

Agent Al Habsi assigned to sabotage any chance of a cup run so we can focus on storming the league 8)

5Live describe Al Habsi's attempt to save the 2nd goal as a "flaccid dive"

Very very encouraged by that performance against a strong Everton side and considering the number of changes we made. Hurtado was pacy, Piazon and Ola were solid. Tshibola a monster. Blackman keeps scoring.

10/10 performance from the boys. Special mentions to Taylor, Cooper, Tshibola and John. Were blessed with a fantastic squad of individuals here.

Balls. Weak 'keeping by Al-Dropsi, failure to take our chances to put the game to bed and a silly freekick from Hector lose us that game. We more than matched Everton with our second string and I fancy our full strength side would have had that (well, with Piazon in for Vydra and McCleary for Sa).

Still, the fact is we're looking to play some really genuinely nice football, not quite there, but when you have four players on their full debut that's no surprise. Taylor keeping Obita on his toes. Cooper had a decent game. I want to have Tshibola's babies. Blackman is really there.

Let's keep telling ourselves that we have good enough keepers.

Habsi has proven himself yet again a clown and is providing no competition for Bond who on current form is not much better.

Williams/ Gooding et al are having a field day.

Still the resident morons (they know who they are) will try to argue otherwise.

Can we get Steve Mautone here on loan?

Well played URZ. Ola John sounds lightning quick and good.

Has anyone considered that Al-Habsi might be another Grobelaar (taking a bung for letting in some clangers)?

Also, Steve Clarke cup specialty. Narrowly lose to the first PL club you play.

If you make a habit of it and get a reputation for having mad moments, you can get away with it.
The Gambling Commission should be looking for betting patterns in the Reading games in which Ali A-H is playing.

Hopefully we'll have a different keeper by the time the FA Cup comes around. I never want to see Al Habsi alive again.

On his third attempt, Al-Habsi succeeds in knocking us out the cup.

There's always 'Punch it in your own net' Moore.

I'd genuinely like to see him get a chance ahead of Al-Dropsi
