Not all Terry's fault no, but it's always appeared that player power has a massive impact on the success or failure at Chelsea. Mourinho's methods have always been heavily based on getting players bought into his way of doing things and they've usually been very short lived spells of success.

It seems to me he's lost that buy in from some of the players, for various reasons, and they're not performing for him like they did last season. He's hung them out to dry since pre-season and I can see the possibility that where they used to run through the proverbial brick wall for him there might well be lost of questioning and discontent in the dressing room.

JT, leader, legend, will probably be one of those questioning him after being dragged off at half time and subsequently dropped. His ego can't take that public dressing down.
