Forgot all about him !! just doesn't seem like the right fit for the Thai owners though....think they may want to make a statement will the next manager.

maffffSCIAG I'd be perplexed if this happened. Very much a sideways step.
If he does go, my #1 and #2 picks to replace him are both Kuhl.
(And as an aside, I think anyone who saw us against Ipswich knows that we have the potential to finish in an automatic promotion place. We wouldn't "do well" to "nab" a play off place - we should be firmly within the top six)
Is that #1 Martin #2 Aaron or the other way round?
Unless you mean Sharon? Is the Championship ready for a female manager?

K9hassel Am I safe in saying we won't be holding another vigil in the parking lot tomorrow?

Jano Does not compute. Only real draw for Clarke that I can see is that they are actually in London, rather than 30 minutes away.

I'm sorry, but what a tosser. Comes in, demands we get rid of a number of Reading stalwarts, gets a huge amount of financial backing in the summer, and then swans off to a rival at the first time of asking. I didn't mind his arrogance when it looked like he was going to stick around and prove it to be founded, but now he just looks like a tit.

You can't think of anything else Clarke may be considering here?

Yeah agree with this.
Absolutely baffling decision.

Isaac Hunt Only just seen the news about this. From what Charles Watts is suggesting, it is going to happen.
Find it odd - I know someone involved in the academy set up at Fulham. When i spoke to them at the weekend they said that a) the owner wants a coach, not a manager (is Clarke happy to be that again?)...and b) Slavisa Jovanovic, the former Watford manager, had been at the training ground for a few days last week and they (the staff) assumed he'd be appointed early this week.

genome Something niggling in the back of my mind that this might not happen. Who's to say we won't just reject the approach?
