Could Oliver Norwood be a Premier League target?

by steve55 » 23 Nov 2015 22:02

Hi All,

Oliver Norwood has been in excellent form for us hasn't he!

Could Premier League clubs be taking a keen interest in him with a view to a Jan move?

Here's an article that suggests so, can we hold onto him?

Hope you enjoy the article!

That would be terrible. Norwood is quite literally glue.

I hope not. Norwood literally makes me sticky, like glue.

It would be better for Reading if he stayed. He's... blu-tac.

By the Premier League, do you mean the Evo-Stik Premier League?

I would like to make four important points:

1) Yes, but we probably won't sell in January
2) It's pretty blatant that the original poster is also the author of the article, but doesn't want to admit it
3) This should be in Unfounded Rumours and Gossip. As a matter of fact, there's already a thread there.
4) Rowan Liburd should start our next match.

Oliver Norwood is our very own elastic band. If he were to go it would be like cutting the rubber, so to speak.

Oliver Norwood is the gelatine that sets the midfield, the pectin that solidifies the formation, and the isinglass that brings texture and clarity to Clarke (treacherous) tactics.

Watching Norwood control the midfield is, quite literally, like observing an ancient cave dweller apply bitumen to stick a flint axe head to the top of his wooden hunting spear.

I fervantly believe Rowan Liburd is actually Basir Savage AICMFP.

And I have made 3 (no make that 4) consecutive posts on one thread. That means I am either an utter div, or hold some kind of record - or more likely both - so I will get my coat ...
