Pepe the Horseman Real could be kicked out of the copa del rey after playing an ineligible player. Former Reading target Denis Cheryshev. He scored the first goal as well.

Difficult to see how they can avoid it - Cadiz have formally complained, and Osasuna got thrown out for the same thing last season.

Apparently the news that he should not be playing was on the internet just after the game started and the Madrid fans were shouting this to the bench and were chanting 'Cheryshev can't play' during the first half.

Poster by Merida, Cadiz's next opponent, showing their suspended player, Jonny, tied up so he doesn't try and play.

PSG currently 3-0 up. Win that and they have hit the halfway point of the season without losing a game and only dropping 6 points.

Can't decide who is the biggest clown, Benitez or the referee in the Valencia-Real Madrid game.

Well on course to beat their own points record of 89, they have 51 at halfway.

last 1-2 minutes of that game were ridiculous. 3 chances, 2 of which should have been goals, Bale's could have been but not so easy.

Aren't RM having a meeting this week where Benitez may go?

Possibly Bale's best performance in a Madrid shirt last night.

Any ideas on what the global professional points tally record is in top few leagues of the big countries? Surely our 106 must be up there.

Don't know if we've had this, but Milan's first choice keeper at the moment is Gianluigi Donnarumma. 6ft 5ins, a powerful presence in the penalty box and an agile shot-stopper, and 16 years old.

He was the youngest player in Italian football league history when he made his debut in October, and has kept Diego Lopez out of the side for the last 11 games. Insane.

Milan played Juve earlier this season on the eve of the 20th anniversary of Buffon's debut, so he was playing more than 3 years before his opposite number was born. The baton passes from one Gianluigi to another.

The points gap between PSG and 2nd place is bigger than 2nd place to the relegation zone

Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid have been banned from registering players for the next two transfer windows.

They have been punished by world governing body Fifa for breaching rules over the transfer of minors.

ban comes in after this Jan. Would be no surprise if RM had a big couple of weeks to get themselves in order for the 1 1/2 seasons I suppose.

Did enjoy Barcelona registering 72 players the day after their ban ended.
