Not that again. Seriously? He can do one. Is it serious enough that we need a campaign again?

When (if!) Brian returns, I wonder what will happen with Simon Cox's loan. Obviously the loan ends in January and if it is Brian, I can see Cox getting back in the team. I doubt Brizzle want to sign him, as he has hardly played.

Just ignore. Inevitably someone claiming to be 'just passing on' something they heard from someone 'itk' is making it up.....

Goodness me there is a lot of nonsense posted on this thread....

... just the latest 3 pearls of wisdom! (Posters' names omitted to prevent further embarrassment).

Top Flight Fair enough, at least he has answered the question.

I think this has worked out negatively for Brian anyway.

Initially there was much euphoria for a return of Brian and we were mainly being kind and polite to the guy beleiving that he was coming back to us as boss and remembering all the good times and giving him the benefit of the doubt for what many believe was cr*p football played under him.

But since his appointment has been retracted, alot more negativity about him has come to the fore and the feeling doesn't seem as positive any more.

There really hasn't been, other than from you. You just repeating that people are being negative doesn't actually mean anyone is,.

Positive news - McDermott to be announced on Monday.

Bizarrely the delay is due to his severance from Arsenal and the guarantee that targets previously scouted and recommended by McDermott are then not taken on by Reading from this day forward. Agreed last night but did not want announcement to take away from today's game.

This is under the assumption that targets Brian scouted at Arsenal would prefer to come to Reading instead?

Explains a lot and really hope this delayed announcement happens soon. Shame about the Arsenal targets.
