LUX If England lose that fourth automatic spot we'll know who to blame.

Victor Meldrew I think "superb" is a bit OTT.
They deserved to win the game sure enough but with less than 40% possession at home it may well produce a good result but I think I would reserve my "superb" for more than a home win by the odd goal against a team that hadn't scored away from home for 3 months.

Victor Meldrew Liverpool themselves would be a top side if they beat sides that weren't top sides.
Leicester will be interesting for Liverpool shortly as they currently are THE top side.

Ascotexgunner I think it will be the biggest LOL in history if Arsenal don't win it now. City are awful, Leicester wont be there and looking at their performance at Liverpool they may struggle for top 4 now, tonight is their defining season game, Man U are sh*te, Spurs look really good and could go close which leaves Arsenal.
Arsenal have a good squad and no excuse for failing now.

Not really. But then that's football fans isn't it.
It would be a huge achievement for Arsenal to win the league this season. I can't help but have a soft spot for a club that has stuck with its manager through bad times and may be about to reap rewards again. They play football that is terrific to watch, and as RR notes, are top of the league with a lot of players missing.
'No excuse for failing' sums up why managers get the sack after six months and players are earning £300k a week. Too much 'now culture'.
