The irony

Says one of the sages of this forum. Irony upon irony wouldn't you agree.

Obviously not, otherwise I'd be as confused as you are.

Go on then, confused about what exactly?

Please don't engage me in a battle to wits, because you are unarmed.

Blind Bigot Some 'Cock'? Are there many of those amongst your devoted fans?

Normally they're the ones who claim to support other teams instead/as well as Reading

I don't support Reading. I support Chelsea, my kids support Reading.

I wouldn't dream of engaging you in a battle to wits.

The weather forecast isn't too bad for tomorrow compared to recent weeks although I understand it could rain on and off throughout the day by the sounds of things.

There's probably been a few changes to seating arrangements since you last visited us. Mainly because we used to give the whole of St Andrews Road Stand to visiting fans. However, this season when less than 1500 away fans are expected, it's divided into two, with half for away fans and the other half for home fans. It seems to have worked wonders for the match atmosphere, which at times was downright depressing in previous seasons.

Even with a £10 per ticket offer I can't see there being more than 10,000 present tomorrow, so sing up boys n girls. Also, if you haven't already heard, since Chris Powell departed we're playing a completely different system of football and one which all of our players appear to have bought into. They're actually saying it's how football should be played and it suits them.

As I've said. if I you need help with pubs etc just message me and do my best to oblige. :D

Second one, yes. First pic is St Andrews during the Birmingham v Leeds riot in '85.

Well it looks like we're stuffed anyway. Dear old "Lawro" on the BBC website has predicted us to win 2-1. Bugger.

I expect those of you that are making the trip have set off by now but safe journey anyway.

We pulled Chelsea at Stamford Bridge for two consecutive seasons in the 3rd Round not so long ago which caused great excitement and Arsenal too shortly after but since then it's been pretty average to be honest. However, I'm looking forward to this on. A few beers then on the train across to Hudders, a few more before kick off then the match and few more in celebration hopefully

Have a good day!

Could be your day judging by the mess we made playing you at home a few weeks ago.

Be nice to Ollie Norwood.
