Hoop Blah I always remember getting very cold at Oldham a couple of times. Portsmouth before they put the roof on and Plymouth were pretty cold is the weather was a bit off and I remember being very cold and wet at cup ties against Bournemouth and Halifax years ago.
Stoke (the Britannia not Victoria) is a cold one because of the design and location so I'd go for that.
