Maneki NekoExtended-Phenotype I think you have to really scramble around for stats to suggest we've improved since McD. But the hope is there because its still early days with him, where as with Clarke we had been chugging along at this pace for too long.
It's also important to remember we didn't just boot out Clarke because of results. He'd gone to speak to someone else. Most people feel this made his position untenable with the owners, the players and the fans.
You feel we have shown some promise here and there. And you have to give McD lots more games before we start calling him a lost cause.
donbt think stats are even required.
there has been a visible improvement imo, and under some tough conditions.
to my eye at least, weve improved defensively, and we look mentally tougher, as well as physically less of a push over,
improving the goal scoring has been tough with the Sa and blackman situations

Winston SmithSnowball136 SC got a pass last year because we got to the FA Cup Semi-Final

Ian Royal Oh well. Good luck Orlando, sorry it didn't work out. No ill will.
What looked to be great summer business by Clarke is looking distinctly mixed isn't it.

Just more names to be added to the list of dreadfully unsuccessful signings made since the summer of 2012. Since we have had three different managers in that time, the only constant in terms of recruitment in all that time is Mr Teflon himself, Nick(y) Hammond the Used-Car salesman

poses the question....how do all of the Portugese nurses at the RBH tolerate living here?Mr Angry If Mrs Sa thought Reading was a dump, I wonder what she will make of Tel Aviv?
Ok, the Oracle Centre isn't stuffed full of the crème de la crème of shops, but on the plus side, you are unlikely to get rockets fired at you by Hezbollah.

floyd__streete I am sure he would say that. But It is hard to believe that he doesn't have any say whatsoever in whom we approach
As I say, he's Mr Teflon.

agreed there is a different feel to our players currently. I do get annoyed with people saying oh he has had 8 games already and is no better, in my view you can wipe out the first 3 of those games as he literally had no time to change anything during that period of time.
