Royality creeps In Who remembers Port Vale away. Last game of the season (1980's?) on the open terrace. It snowed.

No Fixed AbodeHoop Blah I always remember getting very cold at Oldham a couple of times. Portsmouth before they put the roof on and Plymouth were pretty cold is the weather was a bit off and I remember being very cold and wet at cup ties against Bournemouth and Halifax years ago.
Stoke (the Britannia not Victoria) is a cold one because of the design and location so I'd go for that.
I dunno - The Victoria Ground away end was bad. But then that was pre 2005 so you might not know.

Wizard I think the coldest match I've ever been to was a 2-1 away win at Derby about 5 years ago. Shane Long scored both of our goals that day if I remember correctly.
The fan's coaches didn't even make it due to the snow being so bad on the M40, so there was probably about 100 of us in the away end shivering our way through 90 minutes.
