This thread reminds me of the fiasco in trying to get tickets for World Cup 98. Not sure what allocations are like now compared to then, but getting a ticket for some games was a nightmare, even for a member. Most only got 1 game to make sure everyone got a ticket for something.
I lost all my loyalty points when they disbanded the England Members Club, drifted away after that. Good times though.
