loyalroyal4life Has the club sorted out the ticketing online?

Shambles trying to organise tickets yesterday, ended up buying 4 friends 4 tickets all over the East stand!

There was something wrong with the online ticketing? I went online, options to buy were greyed out, logged in and was able to buy so I figured it was restricted to members for now, then I bought 3 reserved ST tickets with no problem.

Just because some of our fans are clearly computer illiterate mongs, it doesn't make the online ticketing a 'shambles'. It's clearly outlined in the ticketing info on the site...

"Season Ticket holders will be eligible to purchase 1 additional ticket per person. During the reservation period, the online system will allow Season Ticket holders to select their additional ticket and add it to their basket. They can then go back and select ‘quick seats’ in order to add their reserved seat to the basket. Due to system constraints, it will not allow a Season Ticket holder to choose their reserved seat first and then go back to select an additional.

It all made sense to me. I'm waiting for season tickets to relinquish their hold on seats. Fancy a move from my regular seat but don't want to sit in left overs.

I'm looking to go with about 4 others... I guess that means wait for general sale but even then I guess it will be impossible to find seats together at that point? I have a ST so I can get one now and a plus one so maybe the other 3 will have to find seats elsewhere :(

Just call up the ticket office and speak to them. I'm sure they can sort 4 together for you.

Is odd. According to the club's official site ST holders are entitled to buy 2 tickets each.

However the ticket website won't let you.

Weird!

I noticed that... couldn't find a way to book for a non-ST holder friend.. can't be bothered to research why that is

Go through and select the non ST ticket seat first, then go back through and it'll let you add yours to your basket.

That's a bit weird. I would have thought most would buy and secure their ST first... didn't realise there would be a rule on the order and timing of things.

Too late anyway as firstly I have bought my ST seat and also my friend has pulled out of the game due to child care issues

I believe season ticket holders have until 12pm tomorrow to secure their tickets so this could open up a few to the rest

I'm already on it and no sign that they've released any unsold ST seats. Unless of course there isn't any...

Can't even get in a call queue at the moment!

I reserved my seat and bought another for a m8 yesterday but I'm looking to move us both to sit together hopefully somewhere in Y25 (I am sure two together will turn up today)

My other 3 m8s are going to have to wait until Monday to get theirs and sit somewhere else
