You can laugh, but clearly you don't think like a soldier so if a man was going to take you from behind you wouldn't be prepared for it whereas someone who thinks like a soldier is always prepared to be taken from behind and ready to give a lethal blow

Williams seems a bit lost & maybe needs the right midfield partner alongside plus some guidance about what his role actually is.

Maybe that just sums up the midfield, in theory Norwood and Williams are better players than Leigerwood and Karacan but the sum of Norwood and Williams is not greater than the partnership of Leigerwood and Karacan.
