Snowball
Lower West

Formations don't win matches. Performances do. Brian said as much prior to the Blackburn game and said that was a difficult summer ahead to achieve consistency. A month has now passed and the problems still exist. Half a dozen pre-season friendlies to find a blend. Long season ahead I would say.

Really?

Then let's play eight right wingers and two centre-forwards and the keeper can come out play back-and-hand
In the Chinese National team everyone is a right winger, so a precedent has been set.

loyalroyal4life I can't see it being a UK manager, wouldn't mind Monk being given a shot

Doesn't your post just contradict itself?!
Unless it's a Thai Monk, who can take charge and bless the players before every match.

Good point. All the Tory party outfield players are right wingers whereas only 8/10 of the Labour Team are

Jaap Stam's been pummeled into 1/10. Done deal by the looks of it.

Bookies seem to think the job is Stams.

Ladbrokes, Paddy Power, William Hill, Coral all no longer offering a market on Next Reading manager

Bet Victor have 2/9 and Betfair have 1/14.

Done deal?

I predict it will be announced on 8th June as 8 is a lucky number in Japan and that's sort of near Thailand and they seem to like their lucky numbers...... although delaying McDermott's re-signing announcement until a lucky date didn't seem to work for them :?

It's about the same distance from Japan to Thailand as it is from England to Canada.

Of course he was ...

Like someone arriving for talks about a job that pays about £750k a year would arrive by train. And how would he get there from Heathrow - the Rail Air link?

£15k a week for a manager at an average Championship club?

Surely he'd have flown directly to Reading airport?

He was probably out on the piss in London yesterday. Crashed out on a mate's floor and was still too pissed to drive to Reading this morning so got the train. Sensible really.
