All sorts of stories in the Spanish press about Neymar looking to leave Barca. Unhappiness at how the club campaign for Messi to win the balon d'or and he gets no support, some stories about him and Messi having a bust up during the season and they have never fully made up all of which has Barca offering him a final take it or leave it €15M per year after tax contract offer and him having not accepted it yet.

PSG have made it fairly clear they would break the world record if they had a chance of signing him.

Vardy agrees new deal at Leicester.

His agent has played a blinder here...

OR Vardy has realised that he probably won't actually get a game at Arsenal next season. Tbh i don't think Arsenal need that kind of player, they need more of a 6-yard-box type striker, rather than someone with pace (Theo Walcott can do that)

Maybe they want someone with pace and goals and not being constantly injured. That's not Walcott.

Refreshing from Vardy. A decision that has some similarities to Sterling's. Player who was an integral part of a side over-performing has a chance to move to a 'bigger club', albeit with uncertainty as to how much gametime they will get and how they would fit into their new side.

Sure, 'Arsenal' looks great on a Wiki page, but it means little if it wastes the peak years of Vardy's career.

Looking forward to the effect being out of the EU will have on transfer policies.

No more big clubs walking in and "stealing" youngsters away from smaller European clubs

All European players being subject to the same qualification rules that other countries have to meet

Consequently a bit more room for British players to get on in the game over here.

Of course no doubt some useless twonk will try to make out football is a special case......

I've seen rumours Dwight Gayle is off to Newcastle too.

Ritchie and Gayle cost £25m combined! So much for financial fair play

When they have 0000000000's coming in from Parachute Payments, £13.5m coming in for Andros Townsend, and the £25m is being spread over the life of the contract, it's actually very much within the laws of FFP.

Having an average attendance almost double our stadium's capacity probably helps as well.
