McDermolenko Interested to know how much it's costing most on here per game (travel + ticket).
Currently costing around £70 per game (without season ticket) coming in from London.

marlowuk Well, I'm an OF (Old Fart) with a season ticket so games average out at £10 for me! Unfortunately I drive from Stevenage to the Foster Park & Ride. The journey is 64 miles x 2 = 128. At 45p per mile (usual rate for expenses taking everything into account for my car and my mileage per year) that is £57.60. The parking is free and so is the bus (I have a bus pass) but a drink and a burger come to £9.40 so a game costs me ...
£10 + £57.60 + £9.40 = £77
I've been scared to make that calculation before - and no wonder That's a chunk out of the pension!!!! Maybe I'd better start supporting Stevenage - and I could still see Jobi McAnuff and Rowan Liburd who now play for them!!

I drive 26 miles a day to and from work in a 1.6L automatic, it costs me £5 a day or less and that's non even motorway driving. 130 miles would work out at £25.LWJmarlowuk Well, I'm an OF (Old Fart) with a season ticket so games average out at £10 for me! Not sure what car you drive but if you pay £57.60 per 130 miles you should probably look at changing it....
