I agree the service this season is a load of rubbish, makes you wonder if the club are trying to make to go to the games instead of listening on the Player. Or, you can access the Cardiff commentary but going to their website.

It's working for me now .. But I had to download an app it's called FLi Player. Instead of contacting through the club website I've ben advised by the help desk at HD player to use the App. After missing 80 minutes of the game
