With the FA constantly bitching about corruption in FIFA - would look pretty hypocritical to have its national manager seemingly seeking to fill his boots via dodgy deals.

Well, even if he's done nothing illegal he certainly seems to be bringing the game and the FA into disrepute.

To think of all the corrupt goings on in English football with regards to the (not) fit and proper persons test, and basically every other club being used as a vehicle for foreign investors to launder their bent money. Which everyone knows is happening, but the FA and PL just turn a blind eye. And they hold an enquiry for something as trivial as this in comparison?

After one game, you stupid Cnut. You are either very new to football, American or a female if you think any change can be made in one game having had them for training for about 5 days.

Sam is perfect for us with this current crop. No doubt about that. He will instil steel into them and a fighting spirit. Don't underestimate him tactically either.

Why are the media so intent on destroying our side? They'd be the first paper to celebrate should we have a great result in a major tournament. If Sam stays, they have lost their right to that now.

IMO he hasn't done much wrong, he quite rightly destroyed parts of the FA and the joke that was the previous regime. That should make people confident that he thinks Roya and Neville are a joke, it shows he knows that change is needed.

He also said to the reporters that they need to consult with the FA and didn't implicate himself at all. This would t have come about if he wasnt trapped by the journalists anyway.

Mildly embarrassing but no way should he lose his job.
