Sheff Wed Predictions

by Royal_jimmy » 09 Dec 2016 13:08

Will we bounce back from last week's performance at Fulham?

Well if we keep letting teams have a lot of shots from goal then I don't think so. High scoring draw.

2-2

2-0 Reading - We make hard work of it and have a couple of let offs in the first half before a lucky break such as a penalty or red card.

Don't care how we do it, we need the win and maximum effort from all of the 11 playing (we looked like a hungover Sunday league team last week)

Tough to predict.

We need a performance in response to the shite last weekend and Sheff Wed are always dangerous, even with players missing.

Having said that, I think with Forestieri out and Moore back in for us, we will edge a tight game 2-1.

First, promotion wasn't going to be mentioned, now we're talking about 'promotion credentials'.
Getting a bit carried away, methinks.
1-3.

A toughie methinks

2-1 to Reading. We won't deserve it; but we tend to weather the storm whilst managing to carve out two or three really flowing attacks at the mad Stad; and take our chances.

Beerens to steal the show

The only thing beerens is stealing is a living.. no way is he capable of stealing the show in this league.

OK, so not quite the right score, but that's still pretty impressive. Should have been right about a red card, too.

If Beeren's idea of being shit is scoring 3 goals in 3 games, can we have a few more of him please? He's almost as good as a muskrat reality check.

Like I said on the bftg thread, if Swift had scored those goals everyone would be saying how good his overall performance was. Beerens barely put a foot wrong; and like it or not he was the difference yesterday

Methinks is not the equivalent of “I think.” The thinks in methinks comes from the Old English verb thyncan: “to seem” or “to appear.”

Using methinks as if it meant, “I think” equates to such baby talk as “Me wants a cookie.”
