Shame for Liverpool that Man City refuse to sell Joe Hart to another English club. They are desperate for a decent keeper and I think he would suit them well.

2 1/2 years left on his City contract. I wonder if he will sign permanently abroad. Torino fans seem to love him. Most reports say he has been really good in Serie A.

Strange in sport how players often get better if they are injured, not seen or just not playing.
This is the same Joe Hart who made a number of high profile blunders for club and country over the past 2 seasons.
IMHO he is an o.k. keeper but nothing special and definitely behind De Gea,Lloris, and Courtois and possibly behind Butland.

Always considered Hart a high quality keeper - he isn't up there with De Gea and Courtois but he's in a group close behind. From time to time he'll let in a shot you'd expect him to save, but what you do generally get from Hart is command of his area, and when he's on it he's as good a shot-stopper as anyone.

I tend to think of him as having all the attributes to be top class other than mental focus. I just get the feeling he's a bit distracted by celebrity image and commercial endorsement to really eradicate the concentration lapses that lead to his clangers.
