CountryRoyal Booing of Mackie is ridiculous - he played for us ON LOAN. He has no allegiance to us. Far more history with QPR.

Fans on twitter are oxf*rd morons. Most seem to think any player with any association or loan period shouldn't ever celebrate.

Well that was a right load of utter crap.

Not one chance created.

No wing play.

Standard appalling corners.

But dont worry 73% possession.

45 minutes to put it right as playing like this will give Derby a turkey shoot next week.

And add to that I thought he was great for us and most people would have been happy if he had stayed

You should celebrate unless you spent ages at a club or are a fan IMO.

Royal Rother I'm going to be polite here - Beerens seems a little faint hearted to me.

He can't even spell tackle

Joey vdb has been utterly appalling. Get him off the pitch.

And I'm not convinced a midfield with Kelly and Swift has got enough pace, muscle or energy to it.

I'm sure it's terribly unfair to comment because I only see TV games and we do sit 3rd in the table after all, but every time I see us we look rather toothless, a bit boring, rather predictable, easy to counteract and just not very good.

Oh well, better 2nd half I'm sure.

(I'm not.)

Been thinking for ages VdB and Beerens are undroppable, so many better options yet they start every week :|

How many mistakes does Joey have to make until he's put on the bench? If Cooper had made that pass for the Mackie goal he'd have been slated like never before, yet Joey seems to do it every week

Beerens is a complete passenger. What has he ever offered us? A well taken goal against Wednesday and that's about it. Feel for people like Evans and Meite having to sit on and watch this lot

We could still easily win this, QPR aren't much good and these poor first halves are typical, but seriously - I can't deal with Joey and Roy anymore

Reading are very exposed without Moore or McShane. Really should have tried to close the Ilori deal as soon as the window opened as we have no central defenders who are comfortable in the ball and Berg is just not a defender.

You cant play Williams, Kelly and Swift in midfield, there needs to be a Berg or Evans (or both) in there.

Would suggest that this is the 3rd successive game Stam has got preparaton and line-up/tactics wrong.

Yeah 100%. Really disappointed with us. He was probably our best player and expressed a liking for the club - he would have signed if we could have afforded him.

And booing him? No wonder everything thinks we're divs.

Hope we sort our shit for the second half.

Does anyone really care if Mackie is booed or not? Football fans hardly driven by being reasonable are they?

Beerens strength (from what I've seen of games and extended highlights) appears to be in staying wide left and going for the byline. But it doesn't seem to be what he's been doing the last two games. JVDB I think is more a case of just never being a defender, or at least not without a third centreback. I'm far from Cooper's biggest fan, but at least he's actually a defender.

I don't think Stam's hit the right mix in midfield either, it's either woefully short of guile, or woefully short of defensive qualities.

I thought we looked decent, if lacking end product, for the first 15 ish minutes. Some nice stuff that needed a little more urgency or slightly fewer touches. But then we seemed to fall apart completely.

Random thought. Back to being under Gunter's captaincy. Back to being a defensive shambles. :?

Me at beginning of game: I wish these bellends would just shut up about the attendance. How sad are they?!

Me about 30 mins into it as camera pans away:  bloody hell. Where the hell is everyone?! Lowest attendance of the season surely.
