Royal Ginger Just read that piece, notice the bit at the bottom where he whinges on about how inappropriate some fog pun was in the programme?

I've given him a go and am not impressed.

So a picture gallery revisiting that misty evening at the end of last year was fair enough … yet perhaps not with the headline “For Fog’s Sake”.

I’m no prude and I’m sure it raised a titter or two among Royals’ older fans.

But there is also a wider family audience out there and, in that context, this was distasteful and inappropriate.

Cheap laughs often fall flat. This one bombed.

OMG - that is some article - That is cringeworthy and desperate at the same time....

As I said, I've moved onto Anthony Smith for the Chronicle. Definitely got his finger on the pulse.

As much as I dislike the Chronic for some of the articles they've put out historically, it's much better.

Maybe Kelly said a naughty word during the Fulham game and little Jonathan didn't like it.

not that I am minded to defended J.Low in any way after some of his recent drivel, but that wasn't him that wrote that piece

funny....I have disliked some of the garb that you have put out in the past.......but you are so much better than that Brendy HNA mainstay character...however, time and tide moves on

I love you so much, and I make exceptions for your daily dross "must-posts"

Everybody here could do a better job than our journalists/presenters....sure...ask Ian

Not quite as dumb as the majority of fans selecting Swift in Defensive Midfield in their starting eleven.

Low's suggestion today when seeing the lineup that it was Williams at LWB was quite special.

Yep another dismal weekend in the world of GR

Be nice to hear some actual news about the injured players - are Quinn and Rakels anywhere near fit? Quinn esp could be very handy

All we get now is recycled quotes from Stam which are given in the post match press conferences

It was just the same with Charles. He'd post a wed AM "story" sbout the upcoming press conference and then early PM we'd get a list of soundbites/quotes which would then become their own usually quite pointless article in the 48 hours that followed.

Get the feeling a load of 12 year olds would ask more interesting questions than a whole waste of journalists even if that was more through naievty, certainly the writing up would be just as in depth etc.

But then when you see what a total waste of bandwidth and broadcasting space SSN is you can't really expect much more from local press.

And the other annoying thing is on every story you open there is this damn annoying video that starts blasting out automatically either with a cr@ppy advert or some pointless gibberish repeating what's on the page anyway.

Just wish you could bring back the days of actual newspapers as at last then they'd have to write something worth reading.

Electronic get reading is just a newspaper, adverts are adverts, move with the time Sutekh

Anyway, i don't think it's fair to moan about Charles, for a small club he did well to keep the stories going and appeared more organised than this shower of shambles. Air of confidence around Charles where people at the club clearly talked to him and still do with some of his snippets he still gives out but Jonathon and others have a long way to get their little black book filled.

I'm sure the newspapers would like to bring back the days when people actually paid for them - so they could pay people to write something worth reading.

All very well moaning about online papers with ads all over the shop - but that's the only way they get any money. They're not a charity.
