Frank retires. Arguably the best Premier League midfielder ever with the likes of Scholes, Keane and Vieira.

My thoughts are with you Kes, at this difficult time.

I've found a video of some top quality football, hopefully it should cheer you up.

Frank certainly strikes you as one of them sportsmen who starts bloating out as soon as they give up playing, like Le Tissier, Southall, Shipperley etc

1) I'm guessing Genome has posted a Gerrard video.
2) Focher will fancy Frank when he chubs up.

Never gained the all-round respect his record and displays deserve. Probably because he played for Chelsea.

Lampard announced his retirement on 2 February 2017, after turning down several offers, and revealed that he would look to obtain his coaching qualifications after retiring.

Sorry Frank, but file under Giggsy. You aint ever gonna cut it as a manager.

Probably the best word to describe you is 'predicktable'.

That's not personal, calling somebody predicktable. That's you on this forum that is. Now where did I see you calling me a "belmont" earlier.

Anyway I didn't call you a belmont. I just said you were making yourself look like one.
