They are now going on about the fact that we have an Ajax identity and Huddersfield have a Liverpool/Klopp identity.

It feels like they are talking sh*t.

Thanks TF - hadn't tried that but commentary usually a couple of minutes behind the on line action

This is the same Dellor who said that Reading only had one more home 15:00 kick off this season, we have Wolves and Wigan and really, our Easter Monday 15:00 against Rotherham is basically a Saturday 15:00 in disguise.

Ian Royal I'd like to think they've spoken to people at the club and know what they're talking about.

Of course, that would involve Dellor being competent.

He asked Grabban after the Brentford game and he said Dellor was saying it correctly.

They're more interesting to listen to than Dellor anyway. Not that I have ever listened to Dellor's in game commentary. Just some of the before and after the games.

We have had some rare possession. Huddersfield are pressing us all over the pitch. They are calling it a gegen press. What does that mean anyone?

I'm confident it's more that due to football being closed off to women for so long we're just used to men commentating on football so of course women sound off.

She seems to know more about Reading than Dellor. She informed the listeners that Stam's head is really shiny.

Ian Royal
genome I'm glad both Kelly and Swift aren't playing in the same XI. Midfield seems a bit more solid.

Is Mutch significantly stronger defensively than Swift?

Could easily be something odd like 3 at the back with one of Williams / Beerens / McCleary at RWB, one in midfield and one upfront

Definitely much better

Sounds like something "Beautiful" Bobby Barnes or Mick MacManus would use on a Saturday afternoon.

Time's up on my watch referee.

Take the 0-0 and move on.

She made another good comment that Huddersfield are a different outfit than Birmingham. Very interesting commentary.

Listening to he radio, Reading have done absolutely nothing going forward and the impression is that they've yet to even get the ball to the Terrier's penalty area. Plenty of standard sloppy passing. Meanwhile Huddersfield are pressing all over the pitch and looking much the more likely to score.

That's been the pattern of all our games. Then we'll craft one or two chances, win the game and go to bed happy.
