Viva Hurtado,
Viva Hurtado,
Running down the wing,
Hear the Reading sing,
Viva Hurtado!

We already have McCleary, Beerens, Harriott, Meite, Popa, Stacey, Fosu, Rakels, Tanner, and Barrett. Half the time, we don't play with wingers. If we get Hurtado involved again then it raises serious question about the recruitment of Harriott, Popa, and Meite, and probably stops the youngsters from having any chance of breaking through.

While he seems like a useful player, we can't afford to have six senior wingers around, particularly when we've got such a promising set of youngsters ready to fill in.

The perfect formation, if the opposition can't get through the wings how will they get it in the box for strikers to score? There are no gaping holes or glaring weaknesses.

sort of like England v Italy at the weekend, don't commit anyone to the midfield battle, they will become confused and just play it out wide where we have the numbers ans steamroll to victory.

If anything more wingers on the shopping list for the Summer!

So basically what you're saying is irrespective of how good he is we shouldn't keep him in favour of our 'senior' wingers and youngsters?
Makes sense.

No, I'm not saying that at all. I'm saying it's a major oxf*rd if you send a player out on loan with a view to selling them, sign four replacements, and then bring them back in ahead of their replacements. It's also a lesser form of oxf*rd if you sign tonnes of players to play ahead of perfectly good (and cheaper) youngsters.

If he's actually better than Beerens then yeah great woohoo bring him in. If he isn't as good as Harriott then there's no point bringing him back. Either way, it's a sign of serious mismanagement.
