Trouble at the station after the game last night?

I cycled back to the station, about 8 riot vans tore past (in a drove)

When i got to the station there were only 1 or 2 there. Which suggests they didnt all go to the station, i saw one parked up by snappy snaps or whatever its called opposite what was Q Bar.

I also saw no trouble at the station in what would have been 1-2 minutes after the vans got there.

My conclusion from this mundane post im writing is they put on the blues n twos to beat the busses back, and to make sure they were in town for when every got back there.

I just recalled a violent anecdote about Reading. My brother was staggering back from a club or something one night and 2 asian guys pulled a knife to try and mug him, he smacked one in the face and legged it the other way. Maybe violence isnt natural to.. um.. Readingites?

4 vehicles rushed down Friar Street with sirens at just after 22:15 last night.
Don't know where they were going but I suspect there is so little trouble these days that they go at just the sniff of a confrontation to try and stamp it out.
