Philly Flyer Think we may have sold quite a few more than the 28,000 odd from c5:30 yesterday. Just tried to get one seat on a member card and only the following was available: 524 Cat 2 & 3; 523 Cat 3 & 4; and 522 Cat 4. All Cat 5 sold out.

My guess would be that all the cat4 blocks at the top are still available and they'll open them up one at a time as they sell out.

Ditto with the cat 5 blocks, but there's none on sale as they want you to buy cat 3 and 4 instead

This indicates that they're selling the upper tier blocks one by one
Reading Football Club have to adhere to a very strict selling criteria set by the EFL and Wembley Stadium, so only blocks 501-508 will initially be on sale in level 5. All tickets need to be sold on Level 1 and 2 before opening further blocks in level 5.

Just been on the See Tickets site. So much fot having to sell level 1 and level 2 first

They are selling now

Category 2 - blocks 207, 208, 209 and 524
Category 3 - block 524
Category 4 - blocks 108, 115, 117, 518, 522, 523 and 524

And although I have already bought with my season ticket, you can buy in blocks ranging from 14-19 tickets by the look of it. So if you know anyone who may be interested but does not have a member card, it doesn;t seem a problem if you want to get for them.

Picked up 2 in 115 on sale day one, was surprised we'd sold out everything decent in the lower tier behind the goals so quickly. I was just too busy to buy before 5 pm though.

Obviously I'd have had no problems getting tickets in any case given a 38,000 allocation, but very cool of the club to count people who didn't have ST this year but had already bought one for next year as an active STH.

Anyone receive their ticket in the post yet? I bought mine in the first 10 mins that they came on sale and I paid the expensive secured delivery option which requires a signature. I am still waiting for my tickets.

Yeah, it looks like some of the other blocks now have availability. I guess that either purchases were cancelled or they've released a few seats here and there.

I would estimate that we've sold 33-34,000.

If we have sold 33000+ then that's great. I was sceptical about selling out but we could do it. Still 10 days left for sales

Likewise. When I checked my order today the website said they had the tickets and that they would be despatched shortly.

To be fair, McDermott going has cost him dear. Had he not been sacked, IR wouldn't have had to fork out for Playoff Final Tickets (and no, that wouldn't have been because we secured automatic promotion).

Mine came today - standard post. I didn't like the idea of secure post 'that may require a signature' - those type of things tend to get sucked in to the ether with strange collection times / locations. Bit of a risk but it paid off.

I have to say that this was so much slicker than the FA Cup. For that I queued for 2 hours before the doors opened, only to then buy my tickets on my phone as we all shuffled forward.

This time I logged on about 9:15 - website very slick and no delays.

Bought mine within 30 minutes of ticket sales starting and paid £6.50 for Special Delivery, only to now find out that ordinary postage orders have been posted first!
