Nameless Anyone up for breaking into the stadium and rearranging the bags to spell Tinpot ?

That'll be a challenge, have you ever tried rearranging the letters in ROYALS to read TINPOT?

Wish Reading were still known as the Biscuitmen though, much more impressive and could "bend" round the corners

I get the feeling they're not just using 7 bags with letters on.

Although that would be suitably tinpot.

Final Preview

by TerrierBlog » 26 May 2017 17:43

Evening Royals,

I've done a preview of the game between our two teams on Monday, which you can find here;

https://www.terrierblog.co.uk/single-po ... al-Preview

Hope you're all feeling well before the final and not like me, a nervous wreck!

There's also an analysis of Town's play-off final record on the homepage if you're interested. If you like the blogpost, please make sure to click the heart icon at the bottom of the blog.

Cheers, and try to enjoy the weekend as much as possible!

If all fails, I'm pretty sure it would be quite simple for someone to shop the aerial view of the mosaic to say "Tinpot"

Um. No. You just rearrange where the bags are...

The bullshit written about football these days doesn't just 'verge' on hysteria - it is hysteria.

It's (still) a simple team sport.

Eleven against eleven.

One team wins.

By placing the ball in the net more often than the opponent.

The rest is gas and piss.

On the Reading fc website, it states that anyone wishing to bring in crowd flags and musical instruments, must have prior permission.
Surely they don't mean the flags we were given at the Fulham home game?

I am hoping their trip to Portugal will work against them. The time for jetting off should be after the play off final next week when you really have achieved your aims.
:P

Have to say I couldn't work that one out. I can understand a week of warm weather training in January, but even in the grim miserable north the weather has been as good as it is in Southern Europe this past week.

Surely all the additional travel/hotels is more of an unwanted distraction than a help?

Or the larger playoff final ones sold in the club shop for £10? I asked the Assistant if they would comply with Wembley regs and she said yes but having checked the Wembley stadium info the pole is about 20cm too long (max length permitted 1m)

It says 'crowd flags' - those are the ones like our 13 shirt big flag.
Every game at Wembley has small flags being waved, so it's not a problem taking the ones that we had for Fulham.
Flag poles are usually ok if they aren't thick enough to use as weapons, think broom handle rather than bamboo cane.

Why? Not saying it will have a big effect on the result just couldn't understand the point of it

Surely there's enough of us on here to organise it so we end up with massive cock and balls mosaic across the whole end.
