Nameless Not necessarily.
1. Speak to the club. Generally they are pretty realistic and will help if they can
2. You could find someone to sell the ticket to. Technically that is against the T&C as well but the club are unlikely to find out and I think they will allow you to change the name on the ST if you go through them.
3. If we get promoted you won't have a problem selling the ticket to mates on a match by match basis. You can charge them less than a matchday ticket but more than you paid for it, so everyone wins.

Thanks m8, appreciate the advice.

I will speak to the club on Tuesday and see if they can refund the season ticket. I've got two, but don't need the second anymore after a change of circumstances.

EDIT: if they don't I won't be too disappointed as it's quite good having a spare seat for friends and to offer out for bigger games.

Nameless T&c's state categorically that all season ticket sales are non refundable.
Recipe for chaos otherwise....

Oh fvckity fvuck vuck

Guess I'm stuck with a spare season ticket then - no big issue

It's refundable until the first game. I looked into it carefully last year when McDermott was sacked and I decided to protest and the club refunded mine without any argument. It's possible they've changed the T&Cs since, but I doubt it rather heavily.

Why doubt something that has been stated as fact ?
The T&C state all season tickets are non refundable. See clause 4.3 of the ST T&Cs. Check it yourself (which might have been worth doing before you posted...)
Just think about it. Currently ST are on sale at a very good price, and we have a good chance of being in the Prem. It would be a gamble to nothing to buy a ST now , knowing that if we don't go up you can just get your money back.
Match day tickets can be refunded up to 24 hours before a game.

Because I checked last year, and got a refund without any argument whatsoever, despite lots of HNA poo-pooing.

Hi mate, I'd be willing to negotiate a discounted price for the season ticket should you wish to sell

Not sure but if they are then I think it's negligible. £395 for an East Stand ticket

£45 extra then for East Stand, mine was £350. No increase at all for 18-24, it's still £150.

Orly? Website says renewal was £375 up until 5th May?

Doesn't make sense that they've increased the prices of everything but the 18-24. Just feeling bitter because it doesn't apply to me anymore :(

Thought early bird non-renewal was £375. I definitely only paid £350 though, I looked up the receipt. March 8th - maybe I got early early bird....
