Hound fine, happy to be corrected on the AZ stats, and realise he was coming back from injury, which is part of why he went there

Doesnt change a huge amount though

It changes a lot, it makes your argument completely invalid.

Doesnt change a huge amount though. Also bear in mind I didn't at any point say he would come here, or that I thought we should target him. Just I wouldn't have been surprised to see him linked

I would love him here. He's a great keeper. But his reputation alone would likely mean he wouldn't drop down a level. He left Newcastle to not play in the championship. I'm sure AZ would probably want him back but wouldn't be surprised to see the bigger dutch clubs go in for him. He's still only 29 (I think)

Fcuck, Hound is a div.

Krul left Newcastle on Loan when they got relegated as he wanted to stay in the Dutch reckoning. He has said he feels at home on paper and now they are back, he is back to be their number one again.

Can we just stop this silliness now.

This disagrees with his reason for leaving: http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/fo ... l-11805423

It was only your lack of basic comprehension that started the silliness in the first place fella. So yes more than happy to stop, as it is about as interesting as your attempts to be edgy and/or funny

So. Anyone have any realistic goalkeeper targets?
I wonder if Emiliano Martinez would leave Arsenal.(Yes he's the keeper from that famous game)

A fair shout I think. Depends on who else they bring in if Ospina and Szczesny leave. he looks a good keeper, though I think someone quite decent in Spain were after him

Tommio Going to boro

Would be hilarious if we beat them to Darlow as well as Gunter.

Proper trolling.

I remember arsenal fans hyping him for a bit. Probably a target for a few clubs higher up the food chain.
There's not many keepers available is there..

Read this morning Derby have rejected a bid for Christie from Boro. Do you think Monk reads Hob Nob?

Wenger definitely wants to keep him as far as I can make out - so even if was available it would be loan only

I said I thought he'd be a more likely target than Darlow. Not that we 'signed' him. So yes, kind of proves my point.

Krul was terrible in the Netherlands, he's nowhere near the player he used to be.

Selz has been loaned out.

At the moment it's Elliott, Darlow then Woodman as their keepers. They want one more in (to push Elliott on the bench).

They finished 6th didn't they? Can't have been that bad.

+1 I tried asking The In Form Ant for a genuine opinion on another thread after abuse for my views, He seems to be quite happy to criticise anyone else but when you ask for an intellectual opinion of his own he seems stumped. I do not know the person but it does scream classic troll. Hound Thank you for your incite I enjoy your views and the conversation that follows.
