its a shame, as its quite a good day out there.

Horrible pricing though, and I very much doubt we'll take many

Looking forward to the Twitter meltdown at this one once a sparsely filled away end photo goes up.

We will also win the game which will make it even better.

Leeds fans already on Twatter saying how they sold out Sheff Wed at £40 a ticket, and had to pay £43 a ticket for Ipswich away, so they're just charging other clubs what they get charged. Just shows there's more Leeds mugs willing to pay silly money to watch their team, whereas perhaps given the stance our club has taken over the Twenty's Plenty, more of us are willing to make a stand on principle regarding the cost.

Given that we normally don't take a lot up there anyway, I'm guessing we'll struggle to take 300 given the price. Had it been a midweek game even less than that probably.

+1 - was going thinking of taking Jnr II to his first match but given how exciting our games are at the moment he can wait a bit longer.

Starting to worry now......are there gonna be enough Sheff U tickets for all of us?!! Can't those of us who could walk there get priority?!

Now that the club are providing free coach transport to Sheff U, it'll be even more of a crush for that one.

Tony Le Mesmer So come on then, hands up who's paid for a ticket at those prices?

Looking forward to hearing your justification.

I'm in, mainly because I enjoy going away from home and the cost of a ticket doesn't really bother me. I guess it all depends on whether you can afford to, or can justify paying it. Leeds won't change their pricing and I quite enjoyed my trip up there last time

I'm aiming to do 100% of away games this year and the team need all the support they can get.

I also have no travelling cost so I can factor that in when I pay more for a ticket if need be.

If I had no travelling costs, i would be much more inclined to go to more away games, especially the ones up north. If I didn't have to worry about petrol or the miles on my car, I wouldn't even bat an eyelid at going up to Sunderland/Middlesborough/Leeds etc...

Not that I am begging the club to put on free travel for all away games because I think that is taking it a bit too far, and the money could probably be better spent in other areas.

Shocking prices alongside what Sheffield Wednesday charge. As a midlander exiled down South the irony in the media driven "it's a rip off down South" isn't lost on me.

So we get shafted for 39 sovs to see us play at Leeds. And then we charge them 25 quid for them to see their team at our place !!!!

Seriously ????

The death of football.
