The thing that's wrong is the attitude that changing managers every 6 to 18 months is a good idea.

He is a Reading legend and should stay that way. As any other propective manager he would come with no guarantees, he is having a tough time at Bolton, a love for a club and a legendary status is just not enough.

I don't think Parky is the answer at the moment. I notice that bringing back Pardew has surfaced, although he would be better than Parky, Pards seems to have been out of the game too long in my opinion. I am backing Jaap for now. Give him a bit more time, it is not always better to chop and change every few bad results.

Funny I heard Pardews name mentioned yesterday on radio and after the game. I thought there are too many people with long memories for him to return?

Bolton have had a transfer ban, so getting them up was an outstanding achievement. It's no surprise they are struggling this season. If we go down which is looking more likely as the weeks go by he would be a great choice.
