George Legg saved the penalty from the Osho incident. Pity they couldn't hold out at 1-1

Another goal for Josh Barrett, not sure what he needs to do to get a place on the bench at least.

The commentator in the Gillingham game said he was playing as a striker, and having seen the lineups for the games since I presume that's remained the case. If not then I have no idea who else would be playing through the middle! Now 8 goals in 15 this season. Didn't sound like he did much in that Gillingham game which may have put him back, but he can't be that far away from making the bench on a more regular basis.

So two more goals for Barrett and another from Loader!! these guys must be given a chance sooner or later...its not like any of the other youngsters who have had a chance have played badly, if anything it was like a breath of fresh air. I may well be the kick up the arse some of the senior players need knowing their place may be up for grabs.

They won 3-2 away at Stoke if anyone was interested in the final score line

U18’s also won on Saturday beating Aston Villa 2-1 at Hogwood which got them off the bottom of the south table.

nice 0-0 for the U23s against a strong looking Arsenal side. Another 30 mins for Watson as well

Axel Andresson has gone on loan to Torquay Utd. until January. Not really a surprise, as Gay Owens (who took him on loan at Bath City last season) is the boss there. Also Martin Kuhl is the Assistant Manager.

Speaking of Kuhl, what happened to Aaron?

I believe he's still recovering from injury which has hindered his ability to find a new club.

Aaron was injured whilst on trial at Aldershot (TCL) . Won't be back until well into New Year. He's not really played for 2 + years now. Unfortunately can't see him playing pro football again. Pity because in the Academy was a standout player in his year group

Good news. Wondered where he’d got to - seems he has had a hamstring injury
