Some tasty first round ties

Our very own maidenhead away to Coventry. I am very much IN for this!

Woking at home to bury

3 step 8 teams left in (Hyde united, ossett and heybridge swifts). Hyde vs mk done and swift v exeter.

Few shocks on the cards I think including My new fave team, Shaw Lane fc at home to mansfield.

Think the 3 live ties will be:

Dartford v Swindon
Shaw Lane v Mansfield
Hyde v MK

This is what the FA Cup is all about - literally a park pitch with the main stand being this......

Two women and Dean Saunders in charge of the cup draw last night. Fuming.

A couple of satisfying results so far today......9 team change Leeds bossing the game in the early stages, losing to Newport ...and are out

Shrewsbury well worth their return match at the olympic stadium......impressed with them today

Brilliant by Forest.

Arsenalol undone by Wenger’s pathetic team selection and a good solid team performance from the trees

Very impressed with Brereton, the 18 year old Forest striker.

Superb for the competition overall.

+1

That’s Arsenal out of the running for the only trophy they can dream of winning.

( haven’t checked if they are still in the League Cup, but even they wouldn’t count that, surely?)

I see that Leeds had a player (Saiz) dismissed for spitting at a Newport player. Same player was at the centre of a spitting allegation when Leeds played Port Vale in the league cup earlier this season.

He now faces a 6 game ban

Seem to remember he tried getting a Vale player off in that game as well by taking a dive. He was of course also the player who took a dive to win a penalty against us at Elland Rd.

He doesn't actually exist, he's merely the synthesised spirit of Leeds Utd.

And another red card for Leeds, O'Kane for a headbutt against Ipswich.

5th red of the season.

And just a day after Spurs were held by Rochdale too. Brilliant.
