If any of the board members read this, please can you get rid of Jaap Stam and the coaching team. He's not liked or been wanted by our fan base, he's guiding us down with very capable players in this league and he looks to have thrown in the towel. The football is dire and ineffective.
Relegation will set us back years. It will undo over 20 years of John Madejski's legacy. It will be financial meltdown. Attendances will drop back below 10K week in week out.
If you really care about the club, you will get someone in to give this squad the kick up the backside that it needs.
If you don't do anything, we will be relegated.

At least then the owner know what the fans think and puts pressure on the owners to make a change.
They probably look at the table and think we aren't in bottom 3 so we ok, but its not with our form.

This is really the last opportunity to get rid ... the 2 week gap would give us a chance to get someone in and prepare the team for the final run-in. If he stays then there's no point really talking about this from now on as we're stuck with the idiot.

Delboy Even if by miracle we stay up, he has no future at RFC, completely lost the fans + players!!!!
I think they are banking on us staying up before looking to agree him leaving mutually in the summer (less pay off)

Not really shit in attack though are we?
The only silver lining at the moment is we are creating chances and scoring goals (bar Wolves).
It is the defense which is letting us down at the moment.
