I’m just recovering from being sick for almost a week. Feel ok today but don’t know if I should beer or not. Advice?

Go for it as you're over the worst.

Beer always helps me, particularly after and during a Cold. Even the next day I feel better so I think it helps. Mentally good too, as it will give you a buzz and chill you out.

Just one change then, Loftus-Cheek in for Ali. Sterling keeps his place.

I was critical of him but I actually think that’s a good idea - we need his confidence up so makes sense not to drop him.

So how come that elbow in the face didn't result in an England free kick then? Bearing in mind the VAR and the softness of the Tunisia penalty? I'm confused already :|

Are FIFA utterly mental? Pitch temperatures expected to be around 90 degrees Fahrenheit but water breaks will not be allowed?

Oh well at least Stones’ goal means England should be able to walk about slowly for the rest of the game.

Great header from Stones. Poor poor defending from Panama.
