Stranded Can only assume with this announcement and Smith looking likely to join Oxford on loan any day that we must be close to another striker coming in. Bod, McNulty and Loader isn't enough options to play up top.

Not holding my breath that anyone of any note will come in. If there is anyone at all it'll be another along the lines of an untried unknown quantity from some part of Europe who has an OK scoring record in nothing leagues. The club is crying out for the proverbial "marquee" signing to catch everyone's imagination and generate some excitement and interest - at least for the first few weeks of the season.
