Pepe the Horseman So if we beat Croatia, we win the group. 0-0 means Croatia get relegated. Score draw means we get relegated. Then what happens?

This win also guarantees England a top seeding in the draw for the Euro qualifiers next month.

Ark Royal So when the next Nations League cycle starts again, will England still be in the same group as Spain plus one other replacing Croatia or are the leagues all drawn again?
