Old Man Andrews Can everyone stop crying about a replica shirt? It is really, really sad.

Agreed.

Why would people want to know if money has been taken out of their bank account for no reason when they could be spending their time trawling through Anthony Smith's twitter account looking for spelling mistakes?

Crying over a fiver :D :D :D :D :D :D Grow up.

How about a matching scheme then? For every fiver wrongly taken from our accounts (but hopefully ending up with Comic Relief) you will also donate a fiver from your account to the same cause.

Had the day off, so popped down the megastore at 9.45.

Didn't even get out of the car. Must be at least 200 people queuing.

£5 is far too cheap. They've missed a trick here, for me.

It may not just be a fiver though. That might be what the base price of the shirt is but if you've tried multiple times to buy it due to the website issues then you could've had more than that taken out.

I didn't get to the stage of checkout so haven't lost any money on it be it a fiver or £20. But I can see why people would be annoyed.

Then again so can you but you're just trying to be a smart arse as usual.

To be expected I guess.....
A Puma football shirt that looks the business + limited addition + incredible price = Queues, website crash, unhappy people.
Sounds like they really didn't think this one through.....Great idea though.

Agree I would have payed £20 £10 for kids. Any left over could have been sold for a fiver.

If clubs just sold shirts at a reasonable price every year (£20 max) then maybe there would be this pent up demand?

How are there so many grown men in the queue outside the megastore? Why is nobody working?

Because everyone works 9 to 5 every weekday of the year?

If they are at the ground then they are not working. The UK economy could grind to a halt all based on the fact we are selling a Comic Relief shirt.
