Snowflake Royal It was interesting* that his goal sorry of came from nowhere, just a good shoulder drop to turn and then control and instinctive bend into the top corner.
By contrast a lot of the other chances I've seen him miss have come to him in the box with enough time to think, but still needing to be hit first or second time and he's seemed to choke up on the desire to take his chance.
This is what I've been wanting to see, a more instinctive and relaxed approach to just have a go. Hopefully be kicks on from here.
Apart from the really top players at his age in the first team, I think it's natural to try and "make sure" and for the chance to often go and become harder. The goal was arguably the first time that he either a) knew what he was going to do before he did it or b) had no better options so just took it on.
Going from comments by Gomes of late, I definitely get the feeling that Loader has been told to relax and just shoot more. Hopefully, we'll see the U23 version of Loader next season in the first team where he is confident and backs himself to score.
